【摘要】:ThispartofSAEJ2244specifiesdimensions,performancerequirements,andtestproceduresformetricadjustableandnonadjustablelight-duty(Lseries)studendsandO-rings.StudendsinaccordancewiththispartofSAEJ2244maybeusedatworkingpressuresupto40MPafornonadjustablestudendsand31.5MPaforadjustablestudends.Thepermissibleworkingpressuredependsuponmaterials,design,workingconditions,applications,etc.Forthreadedportsandstudendsforuseinnewdesignsinhydraulicfluidpowerapplications,onlySAEJ2244shallbeused.ThreadedportsandstudendsinaccordancewithISO1179,ISO9974,andSAEJ1926(ISO11926)shallnotbeusedinnewdesignsinhydraulicfluidpowerapplications.ConformancetothedimensionalinformationinthisSAEstandarddoesnotguaranteeratedperformance.Eachmanufacturershallperformtestingaccordingtothespecificationcontainedinthisdocumenttoensurethatcomponentsmadetothisdocumentcomplywiththeperformanceratings.
