【摘要】:ThispartofISO13491specifiescheckliststobeusedtoevaluatesecurecryptographicdevices(SCDs)incorporatingcryptographicprocesses,asspecifiedinparts1and2ofISO9564,ISO16609andparts1to6ofISO11568,inthefinancialservicesenvironment.ICpaymentcardsaresubjecttotherequirementsidentifiedinthispartofISO13491upuntilthetimeofissue,afterwhichtheyaretoberegardedasa"personal"deviceandoutsideofthescopeofthisdocument.ThispartofISO13491doesnotaddressissuesarisingfromthedenialofserviceofanSCD.InthechecklistsgiveninannexesAtoH,theterm"notfeasible"isintendedtoconveythenotionthatalthoughaparticularattackmightbetechnicallypossibleitwouldnotbeeconomicallyviable,sincecarryingouttheattackwouldcostmorethananybenefitsobtainedfromasuccessfulattack.Inadditiontoattacksforpurelyeconomicgain,maliciousattacksdirectedtowardlossofreputationneedtobeconsidered.
